The deal, in plain words

Effective July 19, 2026.

01What StackTracker is

StackTracker is an ROI dashboard for solo founders. It tracks project costs, prices your hours, imports revenue, and tells you whether a project pays. It is operated by an independent founder, not a large company, and the service reflects that: shipped fast, improved constantly.

02Your account

You need an account to use the dashboard. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.

03Plans and billing

Solo is $9/month (3 projects). Portfolio is $19/month (unlimited projects). Yearly billing gives two months free. There is no free tier and no trial; instead, every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee: ask within 7 days of your first payment and you get a full refund, no questions. Prices can change; existing subscribers get 30 days notice before any change applies to them.

04Your data is yours

Everything you log (costs, hours, revenue, projects) belongs to you. You can export it at any time and ask for full deletion. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

05Integration keys

When you connect Stripe, RevenueCat, or another source, StackTracker only accepts read-only credentials (for Stripe, restricted keys only). We use them exclusively to read the data shown in your dashboard. You can revoke them at the provider at any moment.

06Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API, resell access, probe other users' data, or use the service for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

07Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We aim for boring reliability but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Estimates shown in the product (payout projections, savings suggestions) are estimates, not financial advice.

08Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

09Termination

You can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. We can terminate accounts that break these terms, with a refund of any unused paid period unless the breach was abusive.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the product 30 days ahead. These terms are governed by French law. Questions: @monjodav on X.
