Your numbers stay yours

Effective July 19, 2026.

01What we collect

Your email address (for your account and sign-in links), your sign-in method (password or Google), and the data you log in the product: projects, costs, hours, revenue, subscriptions, social posts. If you connect an integration, we store the read-only key you provide and the data it returns.

02What we never do

No selling your data. No advertising trackers. No profiling. Your project financials exist to be shown back to you, nothing else.

03Where it lives

Data is stored in a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the EU (Paris region). The site runs on Vercel. Transactional emails (sign-in links) are sent through Resend from stacktracker.tools. Google sign-in is handled by Google; we only receive your email and name.

04Cookies

One kind: the authentication cookies that keep you signed in. No third-party or advertising cookies.

05Integration keys

Keys you paste (Stripe restricted keys, RevenueCat secret keys) are used only to read revenue and cost data into your dashboard. Stripe keys are refused unless they are restricted (read-only) keys. Revoke them at the provider at any time and the integration stops.

06Retention and deletion

Your data stays as long as your account exists. Ask for deletion and everything (account, projects, keys) is removed within 30 days. Request it via @monjodav on X.

07Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, export, correct, or delete your data, and complain to your local data authority. Exports are available from the product; for anything else, contact us and we answer fast, because there is one person to answer.

08Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we announce it in the product before it takes effect.
